How click & collect works

Click & Collect at Premio Furniture

Our Click & Collect service lets you order online and pick up your furniture from your nearest Premio Furniture showroom — free of charge.

How it works

1. Shop online — Browse and add items to your basket as normal.
2. Select Click & Collect at checkout — Choose your preferred store from the list of available locations.
3. Place your order — Complete payment online. No delivery charge applies.
4. Wait for your ready notification — You will receive an email and SMS when your order is ready to collect. Do not visit the store until you receive this notification.
5. Collect your order — Bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) and a valid photo ID to the store.

Collection timescales

• In-stock items: Ready within 3–5 business days
• Made-to-order items: As per the lead time confirmed at checkout

⚠️ Important: Orders must be collected within 14 days of the ready notification. Uncollected orders will be returned to stock and a refund issued.

What to bring

• Your order confirmation email (printed or digital)
• Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
• A vehicle large enough to transport your items safely

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Yes. The person collecting must bring a copy of your order confirmation and their own valid photo ID. Please let us know in advance if someone else will be collecting.
