Delivering to a different or multiple addresses

Premio Furniture makes it easy to deliver to an address other than your billing address, or to multiple locations for larger orders.

Delivering to a different address

During checkout, you can enter a separate delivery address from your billing address. Simply:

1. At checkout, select Deliver to a different address.
2. Enter the recipient's full name and delivery address.
3. Complete your order as normal.

💡 Tip: Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order. We cannot leave items unattended.

Delivering to multiple addresses

If you need items from a single order delivered to multiple locations (for example, for a project or office fit-out), please contact our trade team before placing your order. We can arrange split deliveries for trade and B2B customers.

Changing your delivery address after ordering

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. We can update the address provided your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a new address.
